RealtyTrac Welcomes New Marketing Executive

RealtyTrac announced that it has hired veteran marketing and communications executive Darcy Patch as VP of marketing and operations. Patch will oversee the daily operations of the network while further enhancing network services for current members.

"Darcy's extensive experience in both real estate and data and analytics make her an invaluable addition to RealtyTrac and the RealtyTrac Network team," said Jamie Moyle, RealtyTrac CEO. "Her strategic marketing and communications expertise and established industry relationships will ensure the RealtyTrac Network's continued growth, while supporting strong working relationships with our broker partners."

Patch has more than 20 years of marketing and industry experience. Her expertise is in real estate, financial services, and the mortgage industries. Her primary goal will be to develop new ways for broker members to leverage RealtyTrac's network offerings, databases, and resources.

Patch will also work to establish a strategic marketing plan to target prospective brokerages for network membership.

"I have been a RealtyTrac fan for many years and, when the opportunity arose to join the company's leadership team, I jumped at it,” Patch said. "Not only does RealtyTrac have amazing data resources, our leadership team is incredibly intelligent, enthusiastic and refreshingly entrepreneurial. I'm looking forward to leveraging our expansive resources and media reach to help real estate brokerages and their agents extend their brands, enhance their market positions and grow their businesses.”

Patch recently served as director of marketing strategy at Service Link. Additionally, she previously served as SVP of marketing at Lender Processing Services for the real estate and mortgage information services divisions. Patch has a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Irvine.
