Ten-X [1] recently welcomed real estate marketing veteran Colleen Lambros as Chief Marketing Officer for its residential division.

Lambros will report to Jason Allnutt, General Manager of Ten-X’s residential division. She will lead all marketing and branding efforts for the newly launched Ten-X Homes [2], a transaction platform that empowers consumers to do everything involved in the process of buying or selling a home entirely online—and Auction.com [3], the company’s online marketplace exclusively focused on the sale of residential bank-owned and foreclosure properties. She will be based in Irvine at the company’s corporate headquarters.“We’re very pleased to welcome Colleen Lambros to the team and look forward to tapping into her expertise as we expand our residential business to support a much wider audience,” Allnutt stated. “Colleen’s deep background in asset and product marketing will be essential to the development and introduction of our Ten-X Homes platform into the broad consumer market, and to driving strategies that increase our sell-through rate.”

Lambros has more than two decades real estate industry experience with specialization in: brand development, interactive web-based strategies, integrated marketing, emerging technologies, search engine marketing, web design and development, customer segmentation and insights, advertising, go-to-market strategies, and channel management.
She comes to Ten-X from The Irvine Company, where she held several leadership positions in sales and marketing over a span of over 15 years. In her most recent role as group SVP of Corporate Marketing, Lambros was responsible for strategy, planning, and implementation for The Irvine Company’s 105 million square foot real estate portfolio. There, she also led, developed and coordinated corporate marketing and cross divisional strategic alignment, integrating the company’s five separate operating divisions into cohesive strategies that maximized brand reach, customer engagement, and marketing ROI.
“For 25 years I have had the honor of learning from some of the best and brightest in the real estate industry, and now I look forward to applying that knowledge at Ten-X—a company that has both a unique opportunity and the ability to significantly impact the residential real estate market,” Lambros said. “I am thrilled to be joining the dynamic and pioneering team at Ten-X as it expands to meet the needs of the consumer audience, effectively making buying and selling homes easier and more transparent for everyone, everywhere.”
