Felty and Lembright Welcomes New Hire

Felty and Lembright Co. announced recently that Corey Danzig has rejoined the firm as its Chief Compliance Counsel. In this reprised role, Danzig will be responsible for coordinating all of the firm's regulatory compliance matters.

She will be responsible for ensuring that the firm's compliant with all applicable mortgage banking and loan servicing laws, as well as maintaining compliance with all regulatory matters at the federal and state level.

Additionally, Danzig will provide oversight of the firm's third party vendors, while developing and implementing existing and proposed procedures, policies, and programs.

Felty and Lembright handle both residential and commercial property foreclosures in all 88 counties in Ohio. The company is based out of Cleveland, Ohio and represents regional and national lenders and mortgage servicers.
