Shapiro & Zielke and First Financial Title Agency of Minnesota Announce New Hire

Burnsville, Minnesota-based default servicing law firm Shapiro & Zielke, LLP and First Financial Title Agency of Minnesota, Inc. has announced the addition of attorney Tracy J. Halliday to its team.

With nearly 10 years of practice in real estate law, including the last five years in the default servicing area, Halliday will be working with Shapiro & Zielke's default servicing accounts and as a title examiner for First Financial Title Agency of Minnesota, which is also based in Burnsville.

Halliday is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts in Minnesota, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Wisconsin. She has a Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
