Mary Spitz, a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2006) and St. Louis University Law School (2009), is a member of both the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations and is licensed to practice law in Illinois. She most recently transferred from the Collections Group to the Default Practice Group.

Alexander J. Toth is a 2009 graduate of Western Illinois University and a 2014 graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Toth, hwo is licensed to practice law in Illinois, is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.
Luke Wiley graduated from St. Louis University in 2011 with a B.A. in philosophy, Italian, and political science, and he also earned a certificate in legal studies He obtained his juris doctor in 2014 from John Marshall Law School, where he served as president for the Justinian Society and received CALI awards for Family Law and Constitutional Theory. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois.
Berkely Cobb graduated from Michigan State University in 2004 with an MS in taxation (she also earned a BS in Accounting from Michigan State). She eanred her juris doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2014. Her areas of study include international civil procedure, criminal law, and business law in Italy. Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois, Cobb is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Cook County Bar Association.
