LoanLogics Welcomes Senior VP of Customer Success

LoanLogics has hired Leah Fox as SVP of Customer Success. In her role, Fox will build new customer success initiatives and lead the LoanLogics Customer Success organization.

"At the core of LoanLogics' focus on customer success lies a different way of thinking about project delivery and client services," said Brian K. Fitzpatrick, President and CEO of LoanLogics. "Leah brings a wealth of experience, innovative thinking and a unique set of skills that span business and technology experience, making her the ideal person to take our account management and implementation processes the next level."

Prior to her position at LoanLogics, Fox served as Head of Solution Delivery Services for eBay Enterprise where she was responsible for project management, business analysis, technical sales support, change enablement, and training. She led cross-functional initiatives that involved e-commerce operations that included merchandising, analysis, usability, customer service, fulfillment, technology, and online marketing.

Fox has also worked at several insurance and technology companies serving as an IT Manager, Product Manager, and Product Development Manager.

She was responsible for establishing Project Management Office (PMO) and best practices, as well as managing IT projects such as budget control, software quality control, project scheduling and human resources management.
