LoanLogics [1] has hired Leah Fox as SVP of Customer Success. In her role, Fox will build new customer success initiatives and lead the LoanLogics Customer Success organization.

Prior to her position at LoanLogics, Fox served as Head of Solution Delivery Services for eBay Enterprise where she was responsible for project management, business analysis, technical sales support, change enablement, and training. She led cross-functional initiatives that involved e-commerce operations that included merchandising, analysis, usability, customer service, fulfillment, technology, and online marketing.
Fox has also worked at several insurance and technology companies serving as an IT Manager, Product Manager, and Product Development Manager.
She was responsible for establishing Project Management Office (PMO) and best practices, as well as managing IT projects such as budget control, software quality control, project scheduling and human resources management.
