Morr will serve as an Associate Attorney in the company’s St. Louis, Missouri office; while Marks has been brought on to serve as Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney in downtown Rochester, Michigan, where the company is headquartered.

During his time in law school, Marks was a member of the board of editors serving as the symposium editor. He also served as an extern in the preliminary hearings division for the Michigan Court of Appeals.

“We’re very pleased to have our newest attorneys join us and look forward to growing our Missouri office services. Kim and Jeremy offer a diverse set of legal experience that will enhance and strengthen our firm as a whole,” Brian Potestivo, President and Managing Attorney said.

The over 27-year-old firm also maintains full-service operations in Chicago, Illinois, providing legal solutions to the real estate, finance and credit industry to several locations in the Midwest.
