Brock & Scott Recruits Senior Associate Attorney

Brock & Scott, PLLC, a full-service law firm serving the financial sector, announced the hiring of senior associate attorney Glen Tschirgi to its Columbia, Maryland, office.

Described by Brock & Scott as an "industry veteran and highly experienced attorney," Tschirgi has more than 23 years of experience handling bankruptcy, foreclosure, replevin, eviction, loss mitigation, and collection litigation matters on behalf of secured and unsecured creditors, national mortgage lenders, and default servicing companies.

"Glen has an extensive history of service and experience in Maryland and we are very pleased to have him join the team," said Keith Yacko, managing partner for Maryland and Virginia foreclosure operations at Brock & Scott. "His client base represents a nice mix of current clients and new relationships to the firm."

Tschirgi is admitted to the Maryland Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. He received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in English from Towson University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law.

"I am very excited to join Brock & Scott and be with a firm that has the resources and staffing to comply with the web of regulations while allowing me to continue providing the same high level of service that my clients respect," Tschirgi said. "Their focus on compliance, quality control and customer satisfaction provides a great fit for the legal service I strive to consistently provide."
