DataVerify Now Offers Automated Processes To Submit Tax Transcript Information

DataVerify recently announced that they now offer an automated process that populates required data elements for submission of 4506-T IRS tax transcript information to the Fannie Mae Day 1 Certainty data validation service through the Ellie Mae’s Encompass all-in-one mortgage management solution and Total Quality Loan program. This enhancement will help lenders to improve efficiency in the loan process while at the same time reducing errors.

The platform evolves dynamically through the origination process, providing lenders comprehensive data aggregation with user simplicity. The results are consistent and highly efficient.

“DataVerify recognizes the importance of working with an industry leader such as Ellie Mae to deliver Day 1 Certainty,” said Brad Bogel, Senior Vice President, DataVerify. “By continuing to develop our relationship with Ellie Mae, we hope to elevate the user experience and to continue meeting our customer’s unique needs by providing solutions that ensure a secure and efficient method for evaluating and delivering 4506-T IRS tax transcript information.”

Ellie Mae’s technology solutions help lenders originate more loans, lower origination costs and shorten the time to close.
