As Chief Client Officer, Brizzi's focus will be on managing the company's institutional client relationships and overseeing the company's customer strategy, using Altisource's industry-leading products and services to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Brizzi's positions prior to joining Altisource include serving as Chief Operating Officer with Software Quality Systems AG, Head of Strategic Client Delivery EMEA with SAP, and executive positions with Vodafone Group Services, Capgemini/Ernst&Young, and Unilever.

Willison will handle Altisource's federal and state regulatory relations and will lead the company's outreach to industry and consumer advocacy groups, according to the company. Altisource is headquartered in Luxembourg; Willison will work out of the company's Washington, D.C. office. His prior positions include serving as a Congressional Relations Consultant for Ginnie Mae, directing congressional and industry relations strategies and working in a similar capacity for Freddie Mac for 14 years; and serving in government and public affairs positions with Bank of America and HomeFed Bank.

"Our customer-centric culture and our focus on compliance are both fundamental elements of the Altisource value proposition," said William B. Shepro, CEO at Altisource. "Riccardo's extensive experience driving customer satisfaction for major brands in the software and managed services industries will continue to enhance our ability to serve our customers and meet their needs. In addition, Kirk's extensive experience directing collaboration between government bodies and industry organizations will bolster our delivery of real estate services and technology and guide our policy strategy to keep Altisource at the forefront of regulatory requirements."
