[1]Avenue 365 [2], a Pennsylvania-based national title insurance and settlement services provider, has announced the hiring of David Tiberio as vice president of default services.
In his new role with Avenue 365, Tiberio will help Avenue 365 establish new national and mid-tier relationships that focus on single-family residential investors, lender servicers, and banks.
"We are excited to have David join our team," said Len Franco, senior vice president and national sales manager. "His extensive product knowledge and default services experience will help us grow our customer base along with providing them the full menu of our default services."
Tiberio served as a senior vice president and national accounts director at First American immediately prior to joining Avenue 365. His career in financial services and mortgage banking spans 25 years and several management positions.
"David brings over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, servicing, and default services to Avenue 365. He has the unique perspective of having managed servicing operations, and served those same servicing operations as a vendor," said Ryan Peterson, president and CEO of Avenue 365. "David was looking for a firm with the bandwidth and capabilities of one of the underwriters, but with a boutique approach to customer service.
