DIMONT Publishes White Paper on Integrated Claims and Conveyance

DIMONT [1], a Dallas-based provider of insurance claims adjusting and collateral loss mitigation services to the residential mortgage and auto lending industries, has released its white paper "The Power of Integrated Claims & Conveyance Services", which deals with the struggles mortgage servicers face when working with properties purchased with FHA loans.

Specifically, the paper discusses “how integrated processing of insurance claims and conveyance-related servicing activities dramatically cut operating expenses and mitigate penalty risks on FHA and other investor-backed loans”

“This paper discusses this new, innovative approach in detail by first outlining the key trends that affect Servicers and how these can drive the costs of NPLs, especially FHA foreclosed loans,” says DIMONT. “The paper then discusses how integrated processing of claims and conveyance-related servicing activities will dramatically cut operating expenses and mitigate penalty risks on FHA loans and other investor-backed loans.”

The white paper is available through the company’s website at www.dimont.com [1] and discusses the factors which drive up the costs faced by servicers on non-performing FHA loans, and offers a way to more effectively manage loans from the point of property inspection through to the filing of the FHA claim.

“The white paper shows a way to simplify the property conveyance process, reducing costly errors and speeding up the way the process is completed,” said Denis Brosnan, CEO, and President of DIMONT.

DIMONT was founded in 1996 and, according to the company, is one of the largest providers of insurance claims and collateral loss mitigation services to the residential mortgage and auto lending industries in the United States. According to their website, DIMONT “helps mortgage and auto lenders save money and avoid losses on collateral through insurance adjusting, investor claims management and related technology-enabled specialty services.”
