Superior Home Servies (SHS), an FHA default servicing specialist headquartered in Oakland, California, has announced the promotion of Ruth Delgado to VP of Global Operations.

Delgado has 13 years of industry experience in FHA-focused default solutions. She joined SHS in 2014 as assistant VP of Insurance Operations and quickly streamlined operational efficiencies while focusing on compliance and quality control. Her experience and regulatory understanding made her a natural fit for the promotion to VP of Global Operations with SHS, where she will oversee insurance operations, FHA remediation and conveyance, data management, and compliance.

“Ruth’s aptitude and contributions have been invaluable and she embodies so many of the wonderful traits of our company. Her innovative thinking and vision will continue to enhance the strategic direction, growth, and performance of SHS,” said David Cook, president of SHS.

During her time as AVP of Insurance Operations with SHS, Delgado introduced a departmental and procedural reorganization to eliminate redundancies, encourage engagement and collaboration across business units and focus on staff education and development.

Before joining SHS, Delgado served as VP for default servicing at Wells Fargo.
