sis [1], a Nevada-based leading real estate software solutions provider, has announced the hiring of housing and mortgage servicing industry veteran Lynn Effinger as SVP of institutional services.

Immediately prior to joining RIO Genesis, Effinger served as EVP of Ohio-based ZVN Properties. He has held several executive positions with financial institutions, including VP/REO manager for Great Western Bank, Washington Mutual, and Citicorp Trust Bank; and SVP of Olympus Asset Management; and business development manager for Assurant Field Services, whose parent company, Assurant, Inc., is a Fortune 500 company with assets valued at more than $29 billion.
