[1]Arizona-based hazard claim and Federal Housing Administration (FHA [2]) repair management pioneer Superior Home Services [3] has announced that Ruth Delgado has joined the company as assistant VP of insurance operations.
Delgado has held two assistant VP positions with Wells Fargo Bank during her more than 10 years of default servicing experience. Immediately prior to joining Superior Home Services, Delgado served as Wells Fargo's assistant VP of property preservation, where she was responsible for managing hazard claims, code violations, and FHA conveyance. Prior to serving in that position, she was an assistant VP in loss mitigation and short sales for Wells Fargo, handling risk assessment and compliance.
With Superior Home Services as assistant VP of insurance operations, Delgado will assist both current and prospective clients, some of which will include mortgage servicers who handle both large and small FHA default portfolios.
