Ashley Osborn, an associate attorney in SouthLaw, P.C. [2]’s bankruptcy department, was selected to the Super Lawyers 2015 Missouri and Kansas Rising Star list. Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. A total of 5 percent of lawyers in each state are named Super Lawyers, with less than half of them named Rising Stars.
The firm, which provides default service representation to loan servicers in the Midwest. also recently announced the hiring of associate attorney Tyler Beckerle, who will be a part of SouthLaw, P.C.’s Eviction and Litigation departments. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas, and obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri in 2013.
