Hutchens Law Firm Continues ‘High Performance Giving’ Program

Hutchens Law Firm High Performance Giving [1]North Carolina-based default servicing legal services provider Hutchens Law Firm [2] has announced that its High Performance Giving Program, a unique holiday program for the local community that began last holiday season, is continuing this December.

The purpose of the program is to generate a chain reaction of "giving" by making the world a better place one act at a time and encouraging others to do the same. To initiate the chain, Hutchens distributes special cards, each with a unique ID number, free of charge to the public. Upon completing an act of kindness, the cardholder passes the card along to the recipient of the act of kindness, then visits www.highperformancegiving.com [3] and enters the ID number and a brief description of the act.

Participants can then subscribe to receive future comments after posting, thus tracking all the acts of kindness perpetrated using that card's ID number.  Hundreds of acts of kindness were completed last year, including a kidney donation from a woman to save the life of a 9-year-old child.

Cards are available to order in bulk on the High Performance Giving website and they are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at Hutchens Law Firm offices in Fayetteville, Charlotte, and Wilmington, from now until December 31.

"Hutchens Law Firm is committed to giving back to the communities where we do business and where our employees live and work," managing partner Terry Hutchens said. "High Performance Giving fits perfectly with our firm’s corporate giving philosophy and we look forward to seeing just how far and wide the good deeds of others spreads this holiday season and beyond."

Hutchens Law Firm is a member of the Legal League 100 [4], a nationwide consortium comprised of 100 default servicing and financial services law firms providing a results-driven, go-to resource for the industry's decision makers.
