First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation Adds Managing Director

man-walking-w-briefcaseFirst Guaranty Mortgage Corporation (FGMC), a Virginia-based provider of residential mortgage lending services for more than 25 years, has named Brian Daily to the position of Managing Director for the company’s Distributed Retail lending division, according to an announcement from the company.

Daily brings more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience to FGMC with previous positions that include Chief Strategy Officer of the Strategic Alliance Group at First Allegiance for more than five years, SVP of Sales with Centex Home Equity/Nationstar Mortgage, SVP Divisional Manager with Freemont Investment and Loan, and SVP of Sales/Operations with Bank of America. Daily has served on various mortgage industry committees and advisory boards and has participated in industry panel discussions for the Five Star Institute.

With FGMC, Daily will be responsible for growing the company’s Distributed Retail lending platform, according to the company’s announcement.

“Brian is the ideal catalyst for FGMC’s distributed retail growth strategy,” said Ken Jones, Executive Vice President, Consumer and Warehouse Lending.  “We plan to leverage Brian’s success in business-building and sales management to grow a predictable, sustainable and profitable distributed retail platform.
