Gerner & Kearns Co., L.P.A. [1] (G&K), announced the addition of two new attorneys to its Litigation Department: Elizabeth A. McCord and Kyle M. Winslow.
McCord has been a member of the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky legal community for three decades, working in a wide range of civil litigation matters ranging from employment to business disputes. She has also taught professional communication and substantive courses to students, practitioners, and judges, according to G&K.
Winslow, licensed as an attorney in 2012, practices in foreclosure, eviction, real estate, title, and creditors' rights litigation as well as general civil litigation. He is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.
