Trustee Sale Management System Launched by eBrokerHouse

The Las Vegas-based real estate technology company ""eBrokerHouse"":http://ebrokerhouse.com/index.html recently announced the launch of Rapid Trustee Sale (RTS), a Web-based trustee sale management system for real estate investors and/or brokers with clients who are bidding at foreclosure auctions.

The initial release of the RTS software is for the Clark County, Nevada trustee sale. However, Thomas Moore, eBrokerHouse President, said the system will be available very soon in most counties in California, Arizona, and other major markets that hold trustee sales.

Currently, properties that go to trustee sale auctions are posted on an overwhelming amount of publishing sites, and tracking all of these properties is a daunting and nearly impossible task, eBrokerHouse said. With RTS membership, users will be able to track and manage all of the properties being auctioned off in one central and secure location.

In addition to being able to see all the properties being auctioned, users will have access to other crucial information for making smart and quick investing decisions at the auction, including tracking real-time opening bids and real-time drop bids. According to eBrokerHouse, access to this information will provide bidders with a huge advantage over their competition.

User of RTS will also be provided with full eBrokerHouse membership, which Moore describes as ""the most cutting edge, complete, and yet user friendly real estate management software that exists for agents and brokers that want to work more efficiently."" Through this software, agents will be able to manage their entire real estate business, and investors will be able to manage all of their properties for sale, buyer leads, vendors, tasks, and contacts.
