Default Attorney Group Adds Potestivo and Reisenfeld Firms as Members

""Default Attorney Group"":http://www.defaultattorneygroup.org (DAG), a consortium of creditors' rights law firms from across the United States, announced Wednesday that the organization has welcomed two new firms to its membership.

""Potestivo & Associates P.C."":http://www.potestivolaw.com, which offers representation in Michigan and Illinois, and ""Reisenfeld & Associates LPA, LLC"":http://www.reisenfeldlawfirm.com/, which covers Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, have both joined the group of seasoned legal professionals serving the mortgage lending and servicing community.

DAG's managing members issued the following statement regarding the organization's new additions: ""DAG is extremely pleased that Brad Reisenfeld's and Brian Potestivo's firms have joined the organization. They are exceptionally talented lawyers that are well known nationally. With the additional states added to DAG, our organization will provide enhanced education and services to the mortgage industry.""

With the two new members, DAG firms offer representation in 25 states. ""All DAG firms"":http://www.defaultattorneygroup.org/memberlist.shtml hold the distinction of being members of the Fannie Mae Retained Attorney network, and most are also Freddie Mac Designated Counsel.

Central to DAG's mission is industry education presented through the ""DAG Default Symposium program"":http://www.defaultattorneygroup.org/symposia.shtml. The 2011 schedule includes a May event in Jacksonville and a Dallas appearance in June.

At each event, partners of member firms, including the new members, will present on basic and advanced foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation topics for invited attendees from staff to executive levels.
