Fabrizio & Brook Partner Nominated to Bar Association Board

Jonathan L. Engman, partner at ""Fabrizio & Brook, P.C."":http://www.fabriziobrook.com in Troy, Michigan, has been nominated to run for the board of directors for the Oakland County Bar Association.

Engman has been a member of the Oakland County Bar Association since 1998 and has been active in the association throughout his career. Currently he is serving as chair of the Real Property Committee.

Established in 1972, Fabrizio & Brook represents major lenders in state and federal courts throughout Michigan. The firm's areas of practice include mortgage foreclosures, loss mitigation, creditors' rights, REO, evictions, and regulatory compliance.

Fabrizio & Brook also recently announced that the firm has been honored with the fourth-quarter 2010 Performance Recognition Award from ""Lender Processing Services"":http://www.lpsvcs.com (LPS) for outstanding achievement in foreclosure.
