The QualityFirst team is led by Bill De Ridder, who is president of the company and has 30 years' experience in the real estate industry. Kevin R. McCarthy, also part of the team, has been actively involved in the practice of real estate law since 1990, and the third team member, Thomas J. Holthus, has been managing default servicing from both a legal and business perspective since 1984.
