South & Associates Expands Services to Iowa

Kansas-headquartered ""South & Associates, P.C."":http://www.SouthLaw.com announced this week the opening of its full-service law office in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is the firm's fifth law office.

South & Associates specializes in foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, litigation, title resolution, and loss mitigation, as well as commercial and special assets.

""Following our successful transition to Nebraska in 2009, we are responding to client requests to transition to Iowa as well,"" said Alan South, founder and managing partner of South & Associates. ""Our infrastructure's scalability allows us to accommodate expansion to other jurisdictions and legal processes.""

The firm also recently hired Daria Spartan, a 2002 graduate from Drake University Law School, to practice at the new office. Jason Bahnsen, associate attorney from the corporate office in Overland Park, Kansas, will join Spartan.

The new office, which will process defaulted loans throughout the state, will accept files starting June 1.
