Davidson Fink Partner to Chair New York Bar’s Real Property Law Section

The law firm of ""Davidson Fink LLP"":http://www.davidsonfink.com recently announced that partner Heather C.M. Rogers is the new chair of the 4,877-member Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) for the 2011-2012 term.

Rogers has been involved with the executive committee of the Real Property Law Section of the NYSBA for over seven years and has served on the board for the last two years as vice-chair and section secretary.

In her role as vice-chair, Rogers organized and coordinated the industry and state bar association responses to the Office of Court Administration (OCA) affidavit that has affected the New York State foreclosure industry.

At Davidson Fink, Rogers manages the default operations department and is the primary client liaison for the firm. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to commercial and residential real estate and business and corporate law.

Rogers received her undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University and earned her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She also earned an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, magna cum laude.

Davidson Fink was established in 1968 and is headquartered in Rochester, New York, serving business and individual clients from across the nation.

The firm's real estate and default servicing practice areas cover a wide array of services, among them, collections; foreclosures, evictions, REO sales, creditor's rights in bankruptcy, loss mitigation and lender liability matters.
