Bendett & McHugh Names Head of Real Estate, REO, and Evictions

Bishop has performed management responsibilities in these areas at the firm for a number of years now. She has been with Bendett & McHugh for nine years and has almost 15 years of real estate and eviction experience.

Bishop is an active REOMAC and Legal League 100 member, and has spoken on panels and in roundtable discussions across the United States on REO, real estate, title, and eviction matters.

Bendett & McHugh has provided representation to the mortgage servicing and lending industry for nearly 25 years. The firm's default servicing practice is comprised of routine and litigated foreclosures, senior lien monitoring, title issues, foreclosure avoidance, bankruptcy, evictions, and REO sales.

Bendett & McHugh offers its services in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The firm is a Freddie Mac designated counsel and part of the Fannie Mae retained attorney network in Connecticut.
