LOGS Member Firms Recognized by LPS

The ""LOGS Network"":http://www.logs.com, a consortium headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, that provides legal and outsourcing solutions for the residential mortgage and consumer credit industries, has announced that its member firms received a total of 13 awards at the recent LPS Default Solutions Attorney Summit hosted by ""Lender Processing Services"":http://www.lpsvcs.com in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Performance Excellence Award is presented to firms who have maintained a best-in-class status for either foreclosure or bankruptcy attorney performance for 12 consecutive months.
LOGS member firms that received the Performance Excellence Award for bankruptcy are: Shapiro & Pickett, LLP - Alabama; Shapiro & Burson, LLP - Maryland and Virginia; Shapiro & Weisman - Missouri; Shapiro & DeNardo - Pennsylvania; and Shapiro & Kirsch - Tennessee.
LOGS member firms recognized for Performance Excellence in foreclosure are: Shapiro & Fishman, LLP - Florida; Shapiro, Nordmeyer & Zielke, LLP - Minnesota; and Shapiro & Cejda, LLP - Oklahoma.
The Summit Award is presented to firms who have maintained best-in-class status in both foreclosure and bankruptcy attorney performance for 12 consecutive months. An award of distinction, the Summit Award represents a pinnacle of best-in-class performance across both areas.
LOGS member Perry and Shapiro, LLC - Arizona, received a Summit Award for one year. Two-year awards went to: Shapiro & Ingle, LLP - North Carolina; Shapiro & Swertfeger, LLP - Georgia; and Shapiro & Sutherland, LLC - Oregon.
Additionally, Shapiro & Fishman, LLP - Florida, was recognized with the Service Excellence award for both foreclosure and bankruptcy, which is presented each year to firms consistently demonstrating the most outstanding service.
