[IMAGE] [COLUMN_BREAK]In this new role, Marecki is responsible for managing a multi-state foreclosure platform with an immediate focus on spearheading the company's Florida expansion efforts.
Marecki joins Prommis from his 25-year tenure with Flagstar Bank, where he most recently served as SVP of default administration. During his time with the bank, he was responsible for the default administration of both its residential and commercial mortgage portfolios. In addition, Marecki managed all phases of collections for residential, consumer as well as commercial, and he spearheaded the bank's efforts in loss mitigation, foreclosures, and REOs.
