Prommis Solutions Appoints VP of Foreclosure

""Prommis Solutions, LLC"":http://www.prommis.com/, an Atlanta-based provider of technology-enabled solutions to the mortgage banking industry, has appointed John Marecki as a VP within the company's East Coast foreclosure operations unit.

In this new role, Marecki is responsible for managing a multi-state foreclosure platform with an immediate focus on spearheading the company's Florida expansion efforts.

Marecki joins Prommis from his 25-year tenure with Flagstar Bank, where he most recently served as SVP of default administration. During his time with the bank, he was responsible for the default administration of both its residential and commercial mortgage portfolios. In addition, Marecki managed all phases of collections for residential, consumer as well as commercial, and he spearheaded the bank's efforts in loss mitigation, foreclosures, and REOs.
