Colorado Service Provider Uncovers Savings in Code Violation Detection

As a one-stop shop for code violation reports, vacant property registrations, and various ancillary services, Windsor, Colorado-based ""Code Violation Services, Inc."":http://www.CVSinc.net (CVS) says it can typically verify the status of any violations within three to 10 days of order.
[IMAGE] During a three month period, CVS analyzed 1,209 properties for one client, 1,127 of which had no violations, 38 were found to have violations, and 44 were found to have violations without fees yet assessed. By locating the last 44, CVS saved the client $802,582 in daily code violation penalties, according to a recent statement released by the company.

CVS provides its services nationally to lenders, servicers, REO outsourcers, title and escrow companies, and foreclosure and closing attorneys, addressing their critical needs for code violation reporting, property registration statutes, and homeowner association (HOA) issues.

The company was founded in December 2008, and is privately owned and operated. Each member of CVS' executive committee has over 25 years' experience in their respective areas.
