""We are very pleased with the results of our first Internet auction,"" said Wayne County Treasurer Raymond Wojtowicz. ""Bid4Assets.com's technology, experienced team, and, ultimately, the results far surpassed our expectations.""

Bid4Assets.com reports that approximately 300 people participated in the Wayne County tax sale.

""Although the majority of the buyers came from Michigan, we were able to attract participants from all over the world including Hong Kong and Canada,"" said Matt Baker, CEO of Bid4Assets, Inc.

Online bidding for the remaining properties will begin October 22 at $500 per parcel. An online preview is available at ""bid4assets.com/wayne"":http://www.bid4assets.com/wayne. Interested bidders without Internet access are encouraged to contact Bid4Assets to complete an Offline Bid Form.
