DAG Welcomes Claims Recovery Financial Services as Associate Member

The ""Default Attorney Group"":http://www.defaultattorneygroup.org (DAG), a consortium of creditors' rights law firms from across the United States, recently announced that ""Claims Recovery Financial Services"":http://www.crfservices.com/ (CRFS) has joined its ranks as an associate member.

CRFS delivers post-foreclosure claim processing management solutions and is based in Albion, New York. The company's products are designed to maximize the recovery of financial advancements from the servicing of a mortgage loan.

""CRFS is truly honored to become a member of DAG,"" said Jodi Gaines, CRFS' CEO and founder. ""We are excited about the opportunity to be a part of the organization and look forward to working with such a highly respected group of law firms.""

DAG firms offer representation in 26 states, with those states comprising 85 percent of the nation's current foreclosure volume.

""DAG's managing partners have known and respected Jodi's work in the industry for years,"" commented Dawn Williams, DAG executive director. ""We are delighted to have her expertise within our pool of talent as we serve our clients and provide industry training.""

Central to DAG's mission is industry education presented through the DAG Default Symposium program.

In 2011, DAG Symposia were held in Dallas, Jacksonville, and Columbus. The 2012 schedule includes an REO focused program in Denver in January, as well as return visits to Dallas and Jacksonville.

Partners of member firms, including CRFS, will customize presentations on basic and advanced foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation and claims topics for invited attendees from staff to executive levels at area mortgage lenders and servicers.
