Mendieta previously served as an attorney for a large national creditor's rights firm in Florida, where she was

responsible for the oversight of all aspects of foreclosure- and bankruptcy-related services.

Mendieta began her career in New York City where she represented foreign corporations in equity-debt swap transactions. She developed her litigation skills working for large firms in the private sector as well as working with the state of Florida's Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.

Mendieta earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Mendieta has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil mediator for residential mortgage foreclosures.

Broder, also an attorney, has spent the last six years in the legal staffing industry. Before leaving the practice of law to embark on his entrepreneurial pursuits, Broder specialized in securities litigation.

Together, Broder and Mendieta's company offers servicers the expertise to assist with independent reviews of foreclosure files.
