South Florida Venture Assists Servicers with Foreclosure Case Reviews

Mortgage industry veteran Miriam Mendieta, Esq. has joined forces with entrepreneur Jonathan Broder to launch ""ForeclosureReviewServices.com"":http://foreclosurereviewservices.com/.

Broder, CEO of the company stated, ""We have two advantages. First we are located in South Florida where there is a large supply of legal professionals with industry knowledge. Mendieta previously served as an attorney for a large national creditor's rights firm in Florida, where she was

responsible for the oversight of all aspects of foreclosure- and bankruptcy-related services.

Mendieta began her career in New York City where she represented foreign corporations in equity-debt swap transactions. She developed her litigation skills working for large firms in the private sector as well as working with the state of Florida's Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.

Mendieta earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Mendieta has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil mediator for residential mortgage foreclosures.

Broder, also an attorney, has spent the last six years in the legal staffing industry. Before leaving the practice of law to embark on his entrepreneurial pursuits, Broder specialized in securities litigation.

Broder has experience is setting up and running large document review projects. He continues to build companies that cater to unique niches, such as ""StatewideMediations.com"":http://statewidemediations.com/ for the default services industry.

Together, Broder and Mendieta's company offers servicers the expertise to assist with independent reviews of foreclosure files. The company has already landed its first clients and is using its current facilities to start the project, with plans to lease additional space to expand and accommodate the anticipated demand.
