Sirote & Permutt Attorneys Recognized as ‘2012 Best Lawyers in America’

Held chairs the mortgage banking practice group at Sirote & Permutt. He represents national mortgage lenders in the areas of mortgage banking law, real estate litigation, and title insurance law.

Held received his Juris Doctorate from Emory University. He previously served on the board of directors for the USFN, the nation's largest nonprofit association of mortgage banking attorneys and trustees.

Collins is a member of the mortgage banking practice group at Sirote & Permutt. He represents national mortgage lenders, servicers, and investors in the areas of mortgage banking law, real estate litigation, consumer finance, bankruptcy law, and title insurance law.

Collins received his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law, and is currently a member of the USFN board of directors.

The 2012 edition of _The Best Lawyers in America_ includes 41,284 lawyers covering all 50 states and the District of Columbia and is based on more than 3.9 million attorney peer evaluations.
