eBrokerHouse Releases Rapid Trustee Sale Software in California

The real estate software firm eBrokerHouse recently released its Rapid Trustee Sale (RTS) tracking and management software platform for Los Angeles County and Orange County auctions. The system was initially released in Clark County, Nevada, where eBrokerHouse is headquartered, and the company says it was well received by market participants there.

""We have experienced tremendous feedback from both agents and investors in Clark County, so we are very excited to enter the California market now and give those agents and investors a great tool to help them be successful bidders for themselves and/or their clients,"" said eBrokerHouse president and COO, Thomas Moore.

RTS users can track opening bids in real time and have access to every county auction that the software services. Rather than having to pay per county, RTS users receive access to all auctions it services.

""Over the next few weeks, we plan to expand RTS to cover more auctions throughout California including Riverside, San Bernadino, and San Diego counties and also Maricopa County in Arizona,"" Moore said. ""After those counties are up and running, we will most likely let our users decide where we expand our coverage next.""

eBrokerHouse offers the RTS system as a free add on to its basic eBrokerHouse transaction management software platform.
