[IMAGE]Five separate auctions will take place from December 4â€"10 on properties located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina that were acquired by the FDIC through its receiverships of failed lending institutions.
Property bids can be placed in person during the live auctions as well as online via a real-time simulcast on Hudson & Marshall's ""H&MLive!"":http://www.handmlive.com/ Web portal. Those participating via simulcast must pre-register through the ""H&MLive! website"":http://www.handmlive.com/.
All buyers must be prequalified and $2,500 earnest money cashier's check or cash must be tendered to the Hudson & Marshall auction office two business days prior to the auction.
