The award recipient must have demonstrated a deep and abiding commitment to USFN and epitomize the character and ideals of the founders of attorney association.
After earning his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Rothfuss was admitted to practice in the state of Ohio in 1977, in Kentucky in 1978, and in Florida in 1980.
