Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss President Receives USFN Founder’s Award

Richard M. Rothfuss, president of ""Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss"":http://lsrlaw.com/, recently received the USFN Founder's Award for his service and dedication to the USFN-- America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys.

The association's Founder's Award was established in 1998 to recognize outstanding contributions to the development and growth of USFN during an individual's career. The award recipient must have demonstrated a deep and abiding commitment to USFN and epitomize the character and ideals of the founders of attorney association.

After earning his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Rothfuss was admitted to practice in the state of Ohio in 1977, in Kentucky in 1978, and in Florida in 1980.

Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss has represented local and national investors and servicers throughout Ohio and Kentucky since 1975. With offices in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Lexington, and Louisville, the firm's practice areas include residential and commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, complex litigation, loss mitigation, and REO transactions.
