advocating for and on behalf of women and minorities in business in the legislative process of the United States.

The two groups will work together to provide information, resources and tools to their members, in order to build a talented and knowledgeable base of leaders able to articulate and advocate on important economic issues.

""Over the past ten years, I have watched WIPP … give small business owners a voice in Washington,"" said WinDS President Marla Webb.

""In the default services sector of real estate mortgage financing, and especially as we work to resolve the foreclosure crisis, we believe the mutual efforts of WinDS and WIPP will prove to be a valuable resource for the women we support who are involved in vital housing recovery efforts in their own services areas,"" added Webb.

""WIPP represents women business owners and 54 small business organizations,"" said WIPP President Barbara Kasoff. ""The women who belong to WinDS are also diverse in their functions â€" real estate attorneys, appraisers, property management, and more. There is an obvious connection between the two groups.""
