LenderLive Expands Quality Control Services

Denver-based ""LenderLive Network Inc."":http://www.lenderlive.com, a company that provides business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, announced the expansion of its quality control services to support increased demand from clients for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans.
Rick Seehausen, president and CEO of LenderLive, said, ""With more lenders originating FHA loans, the need to administer an FHA-approved quality control program is necessary. Our services include working with the client to structure an effective quality control program for their business needs and then provide the resources necessary to implement the program.""
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that 10 percent of FHA loans be audited. LenderLive said its expanded quality control division enables lenders to fulfill these requirements.
To help manage this effort, LenderLive has hired Leigh Ann Marchant as VP of quality control services. Marchant has more than 22 years' experience in the financial industry. Before joining LenderLive, she was VP at National Lender Services Inc., where part of her duties included managing quality control auditing.
According to Marchant, expanding LenderLive's quality control solutions is a natural extension of the services the company offers. ""By offering quality control of the loans, we can give lenders additional confidence in the products that are currently sustaining their business,"" Marchant said.
