DocuTech Opens Portland Office, Names COO

""DocuTech Corp."":http://www.docutechcorp.com, a provider of compliance services and document technology for the mortgage industry, has opened a new office in Portland, Oregon. The company said its expansion is to meet growing customer and technology development needs in the mortgage marketplace.
The company’s chief technology officer, Phil Mikolaj, will lead a team of developers at the new location in developing, testing, and expanding DocuTech’s key products. Mikolaj commented, ""In addition to the engineering talent in the region, the new office puts DocuTech closer to our West coast customers and partners, which will further drive the growth of our products.""
DocuTech's main headquarters is in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The new Portland office will oversee the development of the company's three flagship products: ConformX, a Web-based service for generating closing documents; Fulfillment Center, for lenders to generate, send, and track preliminary disclosures; and HCL/PredCheck, which tests loan applications against high-cost lending and predatory lending rules to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

DocuTech also announced the promotion of Scott K. Stucky to COO. In this new role, Stucky will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer service for DocuTech. Stucky previously served as the company’s EVP of sales.
