Title Alliance Ltd. Acquires Northern Ohio Title Venture

America Land Title Affiliates is made up of a group of Realtors in the Akron, Ohio area, each producing over $2 million per year. The company has been in business since 2004 and has been profitable since inception.

The company has been forming single and multi-state title ventures since 1983, and to date has established 85 such enterprises. The company explained that its title affiliated business arrangements are compliant with state laws and the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act (RESPA). Since 2001, Title Alliance says its partners have earned more than $12.5 million in RESPA-compliant dividends, with capture rates exceeding 80 percent for many of its affiliate operations.
