HUD Grants Williams Title 5-Year Contract

""Williams Title Guaranty and Escrow Agency, Ltd.,"":http://my.williamstitle.com/ has entered a five-year contract with the ""U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development"":http://portal.hud.gov/portal/page/portal/HUD (HUD).

Williams Title provides title insurance and escrow services on lender-owned REO properties, meeting the needs of lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and REO asset managers.

As a designated HUD closing agent, Williams Title Guaranty will complete HUD closings for the entire state of Colorado.

The company's contract with HUD officially began at the end of September and will run through September 2016.

""Though we have served the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the past, we still had to submit a very detailed and exacting proposal,"" says Michelle McCollum, Williams Title's COO. ""We feel most fortunate to be allowed to continue to provide these services within this important capacity.""

Williams Title has worked with HUD for the past seven years.

""We've enjoyed a strong working relationship with this important U.S. government agency,"" said Betsy Williams, president of Williams Title.

""Along with many others, we submitted a very strong proposal, and feel very fortunate to be allowed to continue to serve HUD in their ongoing real estate transactions,"" Williams said.

Williams Title Guaranty and Escrow Agency, Ltd., currently has offices in Cherry Creek, Centennial, and Castle Rock and plans to open a branch in northern Colorado.
