Safeguard Properties Launches Texas-based Compliance Connections

""Safeguard Properties"":http://www.safeguardproperties.com, an Ohio-based privately held mortgage field services company, recently teamed with default servicing veteran Brandon Kirkham to launch Texas-based ""Compliance Connections"":http://www.complianceconnections.com. ""Compliance Connections vastly improves the ability of servicers and municipalities to handle growing volumes of properties. It offers an easier, more efficient way to delivering code violations and manage the communication and workflow to abate them more quickly.""

Servicers access Compliance Connections' Web-based portal to connect directly with municipalities across the country to address code enforcement issues. Code violation notices are electronically delivered to the servicer, thereby reducing notification delays associated with certified mail and property posting, according to a statement from Compliance Connections.

The central, Web-based location also offers code enforcement officers the ability to communicate, upload documents, manage tasks, and review the status of a code violation. The platform, which utilizes .Net technology, automatically notifies the specific servicer contact having the authority and ability to resolve the code violation. Servicers no longer have to wait for mailed violations to be routed through their organizations.

""Safeguard's founder and chairman, Robert Klein, has been an industry leader to find solutions to the challenges of code enforcement and compliance,"" said Alan Jaffa, Safeguard CEO. ""Safeguard is excited to enter into the Compliance Connections partnership with Brandon. His extensive default management and REO servicing experience coupled with his ability to deploy technology-assisted solutions will assure that Compliance Connections makes a positive difference in communities across the country.""
