Bill and Francoise Myers of Nevada have been Short Sale Commander users since early 2010.

""Short Sale Commander is undoubtedly the best software available for Realtors who wish to stay organized,"" Mr. Myers said. ""There is no longer a need for real estate agents to develop their own systems for negotiating short sales.""

Myers says Short Sale Commander has saved his team literally hundreds of hours and broken down the short sale approval process into a manageable system. As a result, he says his staff has been able to obtain approval letters for short sale deals more rapidly and in turn, have more time to take on new listings.

""ELK has partnerships with some the largest real estate sales, technology, and processing enterprises,"" Lovell commented. ""We're committed to using the most advanced, yet simplest technology to support and enhance our customers' businesses.""

Lovell went on to explain, ""Full Web access across all browsers and compatibility with Mac and PC environments including the iPad and tablet devices gives our clients a competitive edge.""

According to ELK Software, since its initial release, Short Sale Commander has generated more than $55 million in new Realtor commissions, along with having an inventory of more than 71,000 short sale listings on the platform.

The company is offering product demonstrations, a 14-day free trial, and Webinar training at no cost on the ""Short Sale Commander"":http://www.shortsalecommander.com Web site.
