Allonhill Names New Managing Director of Government Services

Denver-based ""Allonhill"":http://www.allonhill.com, an independent third-party review firm specializing in mortgage due diligence and credit risk management, recently appointed Mike Margolf managing director of government services. Margolf, who previously served as the firm's director of due diligence, now oversees day-to-day operations of Allonhill's public sector offerings and manages relationships with government clients.

Margolf has more than 12 years of default servicing and management experience. He is the former VP of Moss Codilis, L.L.P., managing large operations in support of mortgage and auto loan servicing customers including Washington Mutual, HSBC, Bank of America, Saxon, and UBS. He also worked within the default arena at Washington Mutual, servicing sub-prime, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac portfolios. He received his bachelor's degree in agricultural and managerial economics from the University of California at Davis.

Allonhill, founded in 2008, provides loan-level analysis and surveillance of securitizations and whole loan pools, as well as servicer surveillance, modification program outsourcing, and consulting. Clients include the nation's top banks, institutional investors, hedge funds, government agencies, and servicers.
