Margolf has more than 12 years of default servicing and management experience. He is the former VP of Moss Codilis, L.L.P., managing large operations in support of mortgage and auto loan servicing customers including Washington Mutual, HSBC, Bank of America, Saxon, and UBS. He also worked within the default arena at Washington Mutual, servicing sub-prime, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac portfolios. He received his bachelor's degree in agricultural and managerial economics from the University of California at Davis.
Allonhill, founded in 2008, provides loan-level analysis and surveillance of securitizations and whole loan pools, as well as servicer surveillance, modification program outsourcing, and consulting.
