Reisenfeld & Associates Joins Wingspan Network, Hires New Attorney

The Cincinnati-based law firm of ""Reisenfeld & Associates LPA, LLC"":http://www.reisenfeldlawfirm.com has announced the firm’s acceptance of Angel status to the recently created Wingspan Portfolio Attorney Network (WPAN).
As an part of this group, Reisenfeld & Associates will provide legal support to ""Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, LLC"":http://www.wingspanportfolioadvisors.com, a Dallas-based mortgage company specializing in servicing delinquent loans. As a specialty servicer, Wingspan takes over when traditional loan servicers give up on severely delinquent, under-performing mortgages and works with borrowers to structure loan modifications and payment plan options.
Brad Reisenfeld, managing partner, called that the firm's inclusion in WPAN at the highest designation level both a privilege and an honor. ""This elite status confirms Reisenfeld & Associates as an emerging leader in the default servicing and mortgage banking arenas and sets us apart from other law firms,"" Reisenfeld said.
Reisenfeld & Associates joins a long list of regional law firms that have come together as part of WPAN. As of the end of May, 65 firms had been named to Wingspan's preferred legal network for mortgage default servicing.
The firm also announced on Thursday that it has hired Sarah A. Okrzynski as a new associate counsel in the firm’s litigation department. Okrzynski earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Kentucky in 2000 and her Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2003, and has also been admitted to the U.S. District Court of Ohio and Kentucky.
Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates, Okrzynski served as the supervising attorney for a Cincinnati-based law firm, where she focused her time on creditors’ rights litigation and civil litigation. She also supervised the legal process for all new suits filed in Ohio and Kentucky, from complaint preparation through judgment and execution. As part of her supervising duties, Okrzynski also ensured her department was in compliance with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, federal bankruptcy law, and other applicable federal, state, and local court rules.
Speaking about Okrzynski's appointment, Reisenfeld said, ""We are thrilled to add Sarah to the Reisenfeld family. She has great experience in the areas of creditors’ rights and litigation, and I am confident she will continue to build our reputation in the mortgage banking industry.""
