Ireland, a 30-year veteran in banking and financial services, will manage Allonhill's core securitization solutions.

pricing engine, and secondary market valuation system. She also oversaw the implementation of best practices in forecasting, financial analyses, and corporate insurance.

Before joining Fidelity, Ireland served as a VP and client service manager for Clayton Group, Inc., managing due diligence on hundreds of thousands of loans, including compliance review, property valuation assessment, and transaction oversight for securitized loans.

""We are very pleased to add yet another industry veteran to our leadership team, to help guide Allonhill's continued growth and fulfill our mission to reinvent the mortgage industry,"" said Sue Allon, CEO and founder of Denver-based Allonhill. ""Kathy's expertise in the challenges of securitized pools, working with rating agencies, and supervising loan reviews, all with a heightened focus on integrity and independence, will play an instrumental role in the continued success and growth of Allonhill.""

In January, Allonhill unveiled a complete securitization solution for issuers and underwriters of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). The company says its new approach to securitizations offers issuers a turn-key solution by meeting the requirements of all four major credit rating agencies for third party review firms.
