expertise, and market data to conduct rapid and thorough analyses for buying and selling institutions considering strategic transactions.""

DebtX combines a manual file review with statistical loan valuation techniques to generate estimates of portfolio cash flows and losses as well as estimated value of portfolios. The service can be utilized to evaluate the portfolios of an entire institution, multiple loan portfolios, or a single portfolio.

DebtX's loan portfolio analyses are facilitated by DXMark valuation technology, which is calibrated with data from thousands of recent loan sales executed at DebtX's loan sale marketplace.

For criticized or impaired assets, DebtX can evaluate portfolios of commercial real estate loans, acquisition develop and construction loans, residential loans, consumer loans, and commercial and industrial loans to model expected cash flows based on the most likely resolution.

""The M&A service from DebtX enables an institution to reach a more informed opinion about the expected losses embedded in the portfolio, which ultimately affects any investment decision,"" Greenland said.
