eBrokerHouse Introduces the Virtual Real Estate Office

Las Vegas-based real estate software firm ""eBrokerHouse"":http://www.ebrokerhouse.com recently announced the launch of the company's latest software solution â€" EBH Office Solution. The company[IMAGE]explained that the new Web-based software allows entire real estate agencies to implement the eBrokerHouse back office management system.

Until now, eBrokerHouse primarily offered solutions for the individual agent to streamline their business. Now, the company says it aims to transform and improve the way whole real estate offices operate. With the EBH Office Solution, offices of all sizes can operate completely virtual and nearly paperless if they choose to, according to eBrokerHouse.

Thomas Moore, president of eBrokerHouse, said, ""Implementing this solution into its operations will allow a brokerage to greatly increase its efficiency and production while also bolstering agent recruitment and retention. Brokers can now allow themselves and their agents to be connected to the office from anywhere at any time.""

The bottom line, Moore said, ""[T]his is the real estate office solution of the future and it will save brokers a ton of money and allow them to run a more streamlined and productive business.""

To compete in today's tech-driven real estate market, brokers are employing tools that give them and their agents an edge. eBrokerHouse says the EBH Office Solution provides these tools while eliminating most of the high expenses associated with a traditional brick and mortar office.

Some of the main features of the Office Solution for the broker include: Web-based transaction management, digital office file storage, document sharing, office production tracking, commission calculation, and reporting.

In addition, eBrokerHouse's solution allows each agent within the office to utilize their own Agent Solution account to manage their entire individual businesses. Moore explained that with the Agent Solution, agents can manage their listings, buyers, tasks, showings, offers, contacts, team members, and documents for all types of transactions â€" traditional sales, REO sales, and short sales â€" all through a single Web-based system.

Technology is allowing the real estate market to move toward mobility and cut costs associated with a traditional office. eBrokerHouse says the ""virtual"" office model is becoming more popular and attractive to brokers and agents, and the company says its EBH Office Solution can allow real estate teams to move in this direction, with a 30-day free trial to get started.
